I have a great solution for you, but there isn't a way to order the Master Lock coupler lock you mentioned keyed alike.
Instead we have the Fastway Universal Coupler Lock # FA86-0015-315 which is the version of this lock that comes with the key number 315. If you ordered 6 of these they'd all have the same key. This is a superior lock designe as well. We've found it basically fits all coupler styles and is very effective.

Due to the weight of your e-bikes, the only solution that we can safely recommend would be to use a trailer hitch, like the Curt Class I Hitch, # C11422, and a hitch mount bike rack that can handle the weight of your bikes and the fat tires of your husbands bike. I know you aren't interested in this route, but it is going to be the only way to make sure your vehicle and bikes avoid any damage.

We can only recommend Yakima hitch pin locks for their bike racks. The HitchMate # HE6001 would not fit anyway as the threads are much wider. Are you still getting movement with your Holdup # Y02443? One tip that works for a lot of people is to tighten the hitch pin with one and use your other hand to move the rack around as you do so. To determine if you have the clearance to install a Thule Force XXL requires you take one measurement. Measure from the center of your front crossbars (slid all the way forward), back to the rear hatch seam.
